To access any campus system, students first must be able to access myGate.
Do you know your myGate Username and Password?
Yes:
- Go to RacerNet, http://racernet.murraystate.edu
- Click on the myGate link on the right. You will be at https://mygate.murraystate.edu
- Follow the online instructions to log in.
No:
If you know your myGate username, but have forgotten your password:
- Try answering your secret questions at https://mygate.murraystate.edu/cp/myqa/answer/start
- If you cannot answer your secret questions, call the Helpdesk at 270-809-2346.
If you know your murraystate.edu email address and M number:
- You can retrieve your myGate username by clicking on “What's my username?” on the login page at https://mygate.murraystate.edu/
- If you have never logged in to myGate, or you had your account reset, call the Helpdesk at 270-809-2346 to get a temporary password.
If you are a new student:
- Recently admitted students should receive a letter with their myGate username and password in the mail.
- If you did not receive a letter with your myGate credentials, please call the Helpdesk at 270-809-2346.
For further assistance, please call the Helpdesk at 270-809-2346.
**NOTE: If your account is SUSPENDED due to inactivity or your account is locked-out due to bad password attempts, you must contact the Helpdesk (809-2346) and request a reset. To avoid the suspension of your account, please log in at least every 120 days.
