The following instructions are for Microsoft Outlook 2003, 2007, and 2010. NOTE: If you are using Outlook with Google Apps Sync, please see this article for instructions.
Outlook 2003 instructions
- Open Outlook 2003.
- Click the Tools menu, and select E-mail Accounts...
- Click View or change existing e-mail accounts and then Next.
- Click the account you wish to edit, and click Change.
- Update the E-mail Address field and User Name field to your new information.
- Click Next, then Finish.
Outlook 2007 instructions
- Open Outlook 2007.
- Click the Tools menu, and select Account Settings...
- Click the account you wish to edit, and click Change above the list of accounts.
- Update the E-mail Address field and User Name field to your new information.
- Click Next, then Finish.
Outlook 2010 instructions
- Open Outlook 2010.
- Click the File tab, then Account Settings box, and then menu, and select Account Settings...
- Click the account you wish to edit, and click Change above the list of accounts.
- Update the E-mail Address field and User Name field to your new information.
- Click Next, then Finish.
