The following instructions are for Microsoft Outlook 2003, 2007, and 2010.
NOTE: If you are using Outlook with Google Apps Sync, please see this article for instructions.


Outlook 2003 instructions
  1. Open Outlook 2003.
  2. Click the Tools menu, and select E-mail Accounts...
  3. Click View or change existing e-mail accounts and then Next.
  4. Click the account you wish to edit, and click Change.
  5. Update the E-mail Address field and User Name field to your new information.
  6. Click Next, then Finish.


Outlook 2007 instructions
  1. Open Outlook 2007.
  2. Click the Tools menu, and select Account Settings...
  3. Click the account you wish to edit, and click Change above the list of accounts.
  4. Update the E-mail Address field and User Name field to your new information.
  5. Click Next, then Finish.


Outlook 2010 instructions
  1. Open Outlook 2010.
  2. Click the File tab, then Account Settings box, and then menu, and select Account Settings...
  3. Click the account you wish to edit, and click Change above the list of accounts.
  4. Update the E-mail Address field and User Name field to your new information.
  5. Click Next, then Finish.
